Mix tamarind with a little boiled water well. Filter to get its water, throw away seeds.

Pour tamarind water in step 2, add more sugar, salt and fish sauce, season until it has a little sweet and sour flavor in this sauce. Cook until this sauce becomes thick; add more chili powder, sliced spring onion. Here is the important step to create one of stunning Vietnamese Food Recipes.
Step 4:
Next, add fried crab in step 1 into mixture in step 3, stir well and gently until this sauce sticks around these crabs.
Finally, your dish is ready served. Turn off the heat; add more pepper to increase its flavor. From my experience, I usually eat with bread (Bánh Mì). I suggest you should eat when it is hot to keep the specific flavor from this food. Hope you will have a good appetite and do not miss other Vietnamese Food Recipes from us.
