Today, I will show another dish from Easy Vietnamese Recipes. It is really delicious and do not have spend much time for cooking. It is Raw Jelly Fish with Green Mango. One day, when I came back home, I saw my mom was cooking it. I tried to taste a little, and its flavor is so amazing. The combination of Sweet, sour, fragile is excellent.

Raw Jelly Fish with Green Mango Recipe

Serves: 2 people
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Level: Easy

Ingredients

  • 300gr jelly fish
  • ½ chicken meat
  • Green mango
  • Onion, Cilantro, Dills
  • Roasted peanut, Deep Fried Shrimp Paste, Chili.
  • Vinegar, Sugar, Pepper, salt, sugar.

Instructions

Step 1:

Slice Jelly Fish into medium pieces. Next, soak in hot water (70 -80 Degree) about 3 – 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Boil Chicken Meat then tear into small and long pieces.

Step 3:

Crush roasted peanut, slice green mango and onion into long, small pieces.

Step 4:

Slice dills, cilantro.

*** Now, we move to the next step to make this dish. Even it is one of Easy Vietnamese recipes, but I suggest you should concentrate on this step.

Step 5:

Making dipping sauce: Mix 2 tblsp water + 1 tblsp sugar + ½ tblsp vinegar + salt + pepper + monosodium + sliced chili and season to suit with your flavor. It is required a little sweet, sour and spicy for this sauce.

Now, you finished this amazing dish. In presentation, you use 1 big plate; add jelly fish, chicken meat, onion, green mango, dills, cilantro, and roasted peanut together. Before using, you scoop a little dipping sauce and pour into your dish. Eating with deep-fried shrimp paste is a perfect choice.
