Fried Pho Noodle with Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe (Phở Xào Chua Ngọt)

- 500gr Pho Noodle – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
- 150gr Chicken meat (No bone) – Cleaned and Sliced thinly
- 150gr Fresh shrimp (cleaned and peeled + remove the black lines)
- 2 slices of fried tofu (sliced small)
- 150gr Bean sprout, cleaned
- 50gr Roasted peanut (peeled and smashed)
- Sliced scallion, minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- For sauce: 130gr dried tamarind, 120gr fish sauce, 80gr sugar, 2 teaspoons chili powder.
Instructions
Step 1:

Pour more shrimps, bean sprout, fried tofu and roasted peanut into pan, fry until shrimps and bean sprout cook well.
