- 3kg beef bones
- 2 – 3 beef tails
- 350g onion
- 120g ginger
- 5 star anises, 10 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon anise flour
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 black cardamom
- Salt, rock sugar, water
- Pho Noodles, Vegetables: basil leaves, bean sprout, lime, coriander
- Black soy sauce, chili sauce.
Instructions
Step 1:
Clean well beef bones and tails in water added a little vinegar (2 – 3 times). Bring them to cook with water (4 – 5 bowls) in 5 minutes. Then, clean them again.
Step 2:
Continue cooking with 16 quarts of water and a little salt in 3 minutes with medium heat.
Step 3:
Next, reduce heat and cook in 1 – 2 hours at least to create the stunning broth for one of amazing Vietnamese Pho Recipes.
Step 4:
Bring all onions, gingers, and herbs to grill on cob about 3 – 5 minutes. Smash gently, pour herbs into cotton bags and add them all into broth in step 2. Cook more 3 – 4 hours. Season to suit your flavor with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Turn off the heat.
