- 4 – 5 eggplants
- 100g baby tofu
- ½ carrot
- 100g straw mushrooms
- Some jelly ear mushrooms
- Spring onion, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chili powder, oyster oil, fish sauce

Step 1:
Clean tofu, wait to get dry, use hand to smash well.
Step 2:
