Ingredients:

300 pork meat
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
60g sugar
100g wheat flour or corn powder
1 chicken egg
Salt, pepper

Process:

Step 1: Mix ketchup with sugar and rice vinegar plus 2 tablespoons water.

Step 2: Clean pork and slice into medium pieces, marinate with a little salt and pepper, wait in 15 minutes. Pour wheat flour into clean bowl, add more chicken egg and 2 tablespoons water, use spoon to stir well until this mixture becomes smooth and soft.

Step 3: Here is the important step to create one of interesting Vietnamese Pork Recipes from us, so do not neglect when processing. Soak one by one sliced pork through flour mixture in step 2. Heat the oil (make sure it will cover all pork when frying), add pork and fry with small heat until they turn brown yellow. Next, put on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil. Pour ketchup mixture in step 1 into another pan, use wood spoon to stir well until it starts boiling. Then, add fried pork into and continue frying in 3 – 5 minutes, turn off the heat.
